About Us
While we are a new company, we are not new to catering. Jessica Koeth has 16 years of restaurant and catering experience. She honed her culinary art skills at Le Cordon Bleu in Minneapolis, MN. After moving to Washington, she worked for Seattle's iconic Rainier Club. Later, she accepted a position as Sous Chef at Suncadia Resort and eventually moved on to the Executive Chef position at the Roslyn Café and Ellensburg's Starlight Lounge. Selected accomplishments include:
- Junior member of American Culinary Federation
- Silver medal in National ACF competition
- Assisted executive chef of Houlihans Corp. in national chefs competition
- Volunteer chef for Helping Paws charity benefit
- Three year participant representing Hotel Sofitel, Le Cordon Bleu, and The Rainier Club at the Kidney Foundation benefit
- Assisted chefs throughout the Pacific Northwest in private multi-course dinners
- Participated in preparing multi-course dinners in 3 separate Chaine de Rotisseur benefits
- Prepared and plated numerous Tasting Menus, Wine Dinners, and Private Chefs Tables
- Participated in The Bite of Seattle representing Uli's Famous Sausage and The Rainier Club
